Over UAH 137 million (+UAH 23 million VAT) is the result of the online auction for the privatization of the SE "Scientific Selection and Genetic Center of Fish Farming" in Kyiv

An online auction for the privatization of the single property complex of the state enterprise "Scientific Selection and Genetic Center of Fish Farming" with a total area of 3493.3 m² in Kyiv took place. The auction was held in the electronic trading system "Prozorro.Sales".

13 participants competed for the object. Thanks to high competition, the value increased by more than 1300 times: from the starting price - 101.4 thousand hryvnias, to the winning one - 137.8 million hryvnias. The buyer must additionally pay VAT in the amount of 23 million hryvnias, so the total economic effect may be 160.7 million hryvnias.

After full payment of the lot, including VAT, the new owner will receive an object that includes 25 units of real estate (production, administrative, warehouse, auxiliary buildings and structures) and infrastructure (electricity, heat, water supply and sewerage networks, fences, overpasses, etc.) with a total area of 3 493.3 m².
