Announcement: Unfinished residential building up for privatization

The State Property Fund has announced an online auction for the privatization of an unfinished residential building in Chernihiv Oblast. The auction will take place on the “Prozorro.Sales” electronic trading platform.

Auction date: April 21

Applications for participation accepted until April 20, 8:00 PM

Starting price: UAH 132,754 excluding VAT

Location: Chernihiv region, Chernihiv district, Pavlivka village, 30 Nova Street.

The privatization object is an unfinished residential estate-style building with a utility complex. The project was launched in 1991, which provided the object with a solid structural foundation.

The complex consists of three main elements of capital construction:

Residential building (86.2 m², 52% complete): has a solid foundation of concrete blocks, brick walls, and a roof made of asbestos-cement sheets.

Utility block (78.3 m², 70% complete): structurally identical to the house, is at an advanced stage of completion.

Cellar (9 m², 50% complete): constructed of concrete blocks and brick (requires a floor slab).

The property is located in an open area with unrestricted access and a well-paved asphalt driveway. Although there are no utility lines directly in the building, power and gas lines run along the street, which significantly simplifies the process of connecting utilities after construction is complete.
