ANNOUNCEMENT: Three-story building up for privatization auction

The State Property Fund has put up for privatization a three-story building with a total area of 1,140.4 m² in the Sumy region. The auction will take place on the “Prozorro.Sales” electronic platform.

Applications for participation accepted until April 20, 8:00 PM

Starting price — UAH 871,500 excluding VAT.

Location: Sumy  region, Konotop District, Krolevets, 27A Rankova St.

The privatization object is a large-scale three-story brick building constructed in 1995 with a total area of 1,140.4 m², equipped with a basement, a vestibule, and several entrance areas. The structure has high structural strength thanks to reinforced concrete floors and a metal-tiled roof, and the adjacent paved area ensures convenient logistics and vehicle access.

Currently, the building requires restoration work, including major roof repairs, replacement of window glazing, and a complete renovation of the utility systems, which are in poor condition. The large interior space and solid brick foundation make this asset a promising site for investment projects following reconstruction.

The privatization object is located on a land plot with an area of 0.2346 hectares.

As of March 16, 2026, the privatization object or any part thereof is not under lease.
