Over UAH 497,000 – the result of last weeks online auctions for the lease of state property

Last week, the State Property Fund team held 20 auctions for the conclusion of state property lease agreements, 17 of which were concluded for a total of UAH 497,215. 

The total value of the assets increased 1.9 times from the starting price. 

A total of 34 participants took part in the auctions.

The most expensive lot of the week was non-residential premises (5,507 m²) in the city of Dnipro.  The monthly rent is UAH 188,010 .

Additionally, 25 auctions were held to extend existing lease agreements totaling UAH 292,483.

We are now working on finalizing the contracts and awaiting payment for the lease of real estate, which will go to the state budget and, consequently, support the Security and Defense Forces.

This week, we plan to hold 23 auctions for the conclusion of state property lease agreements and 16 auctions for the renewal of state property lease agreements.

The State Property Fund team is working to ensure that there are more and more successful auctions. After all, all these funds strengthen our country’s economy and defense capabilities.
