UAH 3,23 million: results of last weeks privatization auctions

Last week, the State Property Fund team held 9 privatization auctions in the Prozorro.Sale system, resulting in a total sum of winning bids amounting to UAH 3,23 million. A total of 12 participants competed in the bidding.

The most expensive asset last week was an unfinished construction object — a 60-apartment residential building and non-residential building in the city of Kyiv with a winning bid of UAH 1,510,000. The second most valuable asset was the premises of a pine-vitamin flour processing workshop with a total area of 229.1 sq. m. in the Rivne region, with a winning bid of UAH 702,000.

This week, the SPFU (State Property Fund of Ukraine) team plans to hold 41 online privatization auctions.

Among the offers are such assets as:

  • State block of shares amounting to 50% + 1 share of the JSC "Ukrnaftoprodukt" (Kyiv city);

  • Processing workshop with a canopy, total area 188.9 sq. m. (Sumy region);

  • Building of the Kremenchuk City Disinfection Station, total area 1,065.2 sq. m., and a garage building, total area 207.8 sq. m. (Poltava region);

  • Canteen, total area 474.30 sq. m. (Kyiv region), and others.

Also, the SPFU's investment menu includes offers for small and medium-sized businesses, in particular, non-residential and administrative premises, veterinary clinics, unfinished construction objects, etc. All properties are located in different parts of Ukraine, so there is an opportunity to choose the most suitable location specifically for your business!
