Announcement: Cultural Center Up for Privatization Auction

The State Property Fund has put a cultural center with a total area of 713.3 m² in the Sumy region up for privatization. The auction will take place on the “Prozorro.Sales” electronic trading platform.

Auction date: April 27 

Applications for participation will be accepted until April 26, 8:00 PM 

Starting price: UAH 445,200 excluding VAT.

Location: Sumy region, Okhtyrka district, village of Stara Ivanivka, 3a Reshitka St.

The property consists of a two-story brick cultural center built in 1973, comprising the main building, functional annexes, and porches, and is complemented by a restroom and a fence. The building’s structural design combines reinforced concrete staircases with wooden floor slabs and flooring, while the roof is made of a combination of slate and metal. 

The property has high potential for development. The building has not been in use for a long time, which opens up broad opportunities for the new owner to completely renovate and repurpose the space into a modern public, educational, or commercial center.

As of March 13, 2026, the privatization object or any part thereof is not under lease.
