The State Property Fund has put up for privatization a cafeteria building with a total area of 422.4 m² in the Sumy region. The auction will take place on the “Prozorro.Sales” electronic trading platform.

Applications for participation will be accepted until April 26, 8:00 PM 

Starting price: UAH 277,600 excluding VAT.

Location:  Sumy region, Okhtyrka district, village of Stara Ivanivka, 4a Reshitka St.

The privatization object is a detached single-story cafeteria building constructed in 1973 with a total area of 422.4 m². The structure is built of red brick on a concrete block foundation, has a full basement, two separate entrances with porches, and two utility pits. The building’s structure is reinforced with precast reinforced concrete floor slabs; the flooring is made of cement and tile, and the roof consists of corrugated asbestos-cement sheets. Currently, all utilities at the property are disconnected.
