Announcement: Auction Announced for the Privatization of a Stable in Volyn

The State Property Fund has put up for privatization a stable with a total area of 142.4 m² in Volyn region. The auction will take place on the “Prozorro.Sales” electronic trading platform.

The auction is scheduled for April 29.

Applications for participation will be accepted until April 28, 8:00 PM.

Starting price: UAH 426,947 excluding VAT. 

Location: Volyn region, Lutsk district, Kolkivska town, Complex of Buildings and Structures No. 3, Building B-1.

The privatization object is a detached single-story brick building constructed in 1982 with a total area of 142.4 m², functionally consisting of a stable (134.9 m²) and a storage room (7.5 m²), built on a reinforced concrete foundation with wooden floors, a cement floor, and a slate roof, and currently requires renovation.
