UAH 6.9 million: results of privatization auctions last week

Last week, the team of the State Property Fund held 7 privatization auctions in the Prozorro.Sales system, as a result of which the total amount of winning bids is UAH 6.9 million. A total of 14 participants competed in the auctions.

The most expensive object of the past week was separate property consisting of premises and equipment in the Sumy region with a winning bid of 3,800,001 UAH. The second most expensive object was the Property Complex of the SOE of the Dniester Fish Breeding Farm in the Odessa region,  as a result of competitive bidding involving 5 participants, the price rose from the starting price of UAH 241,475  to the final price of UAH 2,451,000 .

This week, the Privatization Fund team plans to hold 32 online auctions.

Among the proposals are such objects as: the state package of shares in the amount of 50% + 1 share of the JSC "Ukrnaftoproduct" (Kyiv), the forest office (364.7 m²), non-residential buildings and structures with property (Khmelnytskyi region), boiler room (249.2 m²)  (Chernihiv region), three-storey building  (Sumy region) and others.

Also, in the investment menu of the SPFU there are offers for small and medium-sized businesses, in particular non-residential and administrative premises, veterinary clinics, unfinished construction objects, etc. All objects are located in different parts of Ukraine, so there is an opportunity to choose the most suitable location for your business!
