Announcement: production buildings - at the privatization auction

The State Property Fund has announced an auction for the privatization of production buildings with a total area of 1289 m² in the Volyn region. The auction will take place in the electronic trading system "Prozorro.Sales".

Auction date: May 6.

Deadline for applications is May 5th, 20:00

Reserve price is UAH 6 325 762  excluding VAT.

Location:  Volyn region, Volodymyr district, Volodymyr, Soniachna St., 1.

The object of privatization consists of four brick buildings built in 1973-1979:

Chip shop (207.5 m²);

RMM workshop (248.2 m²);

Dining room (371.6 m²);

coniferous extract workshop (461.7 m²).

The buildings' structure includes concrete foundations, brick walls and reinforced concrete floors (except for the chip shop), with concrete floors and asbestos or metal roofs. The buildings, built in 1973-1979, have typical industrial strength, but due to long-term use, they currently require repairs.

The privatization object is located on a land plot with a cadastral number of 6.8921 hectares.

As of 02.04.2026, the privatization object or its parts are not leased.
