Announcement: Non-residential building in Kharkiv up for privatization

The State Property Fund has put up for privatization a non-residential building with a total area of 3,328.6 sq. m. in the city of Kharkiv. The auction will take place in the "Prozorro.Sale" electronic trading system.

Starting price — UAH  77,556,114 excluding VAT.

Location: Kharkiv city, 31 Serhiia Tymoshenka Street.

The building is located in an area with developed logistics, next to commercial facilities and non-residential development.

The privatization object is a detached two-story non-residential building (3,328.6 sq. m.) built in 1982. It is a capital structure with a solid framework: a concrete foundation, reinforced concrete walls and floors, and reinforced concrete flights of stairs. The ceiling height of the premises is 6.6 m, which opens up broad opportunities for industrial or warehouse redevelopment.

The technical condition of the building is unsatisfactory. The building was damaged as a result of the armed aggression of the Russian Federation.
