Announcement: Part of a building complex up for privatization auction

The State Property Fund has put up for privatization a part of a building complex with a total area of 1,228.2 sq. m. in the Dnipropetrovsk region. The bidding will take place in the "Prozorro.Sale" electronic system.

Application deadline — May 10, 20:00

Starting price — UAH 2,350,700 excluding VAT.

Location: Dnipropetrovsk region, Dnipro district, Tsarychanka settlement, 11 Pershotravnevyi Lane.

The facility is located in the central part of the Tsarychanka settlement, which ensures excellent transport accessibility and convenient connections.   • warehouse (36.2 sq. m.);

The physical condition of the premises is satisfactory.

The privatization object is located on a land plot with a total area of 1.2465 hectares.

As of March 1, 2026, the privatization object or its parts are not leased out.
