Announcement: Complex of production, warehouse, and auxiliary buildings up for privatization

The State Property Fund has put up for privatization a complex of production, warehouse, and auxiliary buildings with a total area of 4,581.7 m² in the Rivne region. The auction will take place on the Prozorro.Sales electronic trading platform.

Auction date: May 20 

Applications for participation will be accepted until May 19, 8:00 PM.

Starting price: UAH 7,801,362  excluding VAT. 

Location: Rivne region, Varash district, Rafalivka settlement, Pryvokzalna St., 1/1; 1/8; 1/9; 1/10; 1/12; 1/13; 1/14; 1/15.

The privatization object includes the following buildings and structures with a total area of 4,581.7 m²:

Particleboard workshop (1,230.4 m²);

Consumer goods workshop (933.9 m²);

Canning workshop (715.6 m²);

Finished goods warehouse for the canning workshop (495.9 m²);

Boiler house (448.5 m²);

Canopy building (422.2 m²);

Finished goods warehouse (217.4 m²);

Health and recreation complex building (117.8 m²).
