Announcement: Privatization Auction Announced for Buildings and Equipment of a Wood Processing Complex in Zhytomyr Region

The State Property Fund has put up for privatization the buildings and equipment of a wood processing complex with a total area of 3,154.4 m² in Rivne region. The auction is scheduled to take place in the Prozorro.Sale electronic system.

Auction date — May 29.

Applications are accepted until May 28, 20:00.

Starting price — UAH 6,679,503 excluding VAT.

Address: 27 Zaliznychna Street, Berezhest village, Zhytomyr region.

The property has strong logistics potential due to its proximity to railway infrastructure and the strategic M-21 highway, which provides convenient transport connections. Its location in a resource-rich region makes it an attractive site for the development of wood processing, agricultural warehouses, or a production base.

The privatization object includes the buildings of a wood processing complex with a total area of 3,154.4 m²:

Forest warehouse office building with extension (140.7 m²);

Boiler house building (135.5 m²);

Drying facility building and drying control room (127 m²);

Pine vitamin flour workshop building with extension (207.4 m²);

Wood processing workshop building (1,261.2 m²);

Finished goods warehouse buildings (725.6 m² and 557 m²).

The privatization object is located on a land plot with an area of 159.2219 hectares.
