The State Property Fund has put a complex of buildings and structures in the Kyiv Region up for privatization. The auction will take place on the “Prozorro.Sales” electronic trading platform.

Auction date: June 17 

Applications for participation will be accepted until June 16, 8:00 PM 

Starting price: UAH 735,302 excluding VAT.

Location: Kyiv region, Yagotin, 1 Ofitsersky Lane 

The property is located in the city of Yagotin, Kyiv region, providing convenient access to local infrastructure and transportation links. Its location within the city creates favorable conditions for using the property for administrative, commercial, or business purposes. 

The privatization object consists of:

a single-story administrative building (203.8 m²);

a shed-garage (62.5 m²);

a restroom and a fence. 

The buildings were constructed between 1969 and 1995.

The property is located on a land plot with a total area of 0.0749 ha.

The privatization object or any part thereof is not currently leased.
