Announcement: Building of the Former Sanitary and Epidemiological Station in Zhytomyr Region to be Sold at Privatization Auction

The State Property Fund has put up for privatization the building of the former sanitary and epidemiological station in the city of Berdychiv, Zhytomyr Region. The auction will take place on the Prozorro.Sales electronic trading platform.

Auction date: June 19

Applications for participation will be accepted until June 18, 8:00 PM

Starting price: UAH 5,059,183 excluding VAT.

Location: Zhytomyr region, Berdychiv, 45a Yevropeiska St.

The property is located in the city of Berdychiv, Zhytomyr region—in the central part of the city—and has the potential to be converted into an office center, medical facility, educational space, community center, or other commercial project. 

The building of the former sanitary-epidemiological station, with a floor area of 364.1 m², is a solid brick structure with a basement, built before 1917. The property has a solid rubble foundation and wooden floor slabs. The structural characteristics provide a reliable foundation for further operation, reconstruction, or adaptation of the building for new functions.

The privatization property is located on a land plot with an area of 0.0212 hectares.

As of May 1, 2026, part of the property’s premises is leased under two active contracts, which could provide the new owner with additional income.
