The State Property Fund has put up for privatization the premises of a former dental polyclinic with a total area of 353.8 m² in Sumy region. The auction will take place in the electronic trading system "Prozorro.Sales".

The object of privatization is the built-in non-residential premises of the former dental clinic with a total area of 353.8 m², located on the first floor of a five-storey residential building. The premises have two separate entrances, which provides convenient access and the possibility of functional zoning. Year of commissioning - 1991.

The premises have all the necessary engineering communications: electricity, district heating, water supply, sewerage and gas.

The object has not been used for more than 10 years, which creates an opportunity for complete modernization and adaptation to modern needs: a medical center, an office, a training space or another commercial project.
