Announcement: four garages in the Chernivtsi region are put up for privatization
The State Property Fund announced an online auction for the privatization of four garages in the Chernivtsi region. The auction will take place in the electronic trading system "Prozorro.Sales".

The starting price is UAH 12,000.

The advantage of the object is its location in the village of Koroviya near the city of Chernivtsi, which provides convenient access to transport infrastructure and creates opportunities for using the premises for economic or commercial purposes.
The privatisation object includes four garages with a total area of 138.6 m²:
garage with an area of 47.4 km² with a pit and a basement;
garage with an area of 34.0 m² with an inspection pit;
garage of 29.5 m²;
garage of 27.7m².
The buildings have concrete foundations, walls made of limestone and roofs made of tar paper.
