Over UAH 160 thousand – the result of the last week at online auctions for the lease of state property

The team of the State Property Fund held 31 auctions for the conclusion of state property lease contracts last week, of which 24 took place for the amount of 160,511 hryvnias.

Total asset value increased 2.2 times from the initial.

In total, 30 participants took part in the auction.

The most expensive lot of the week is a part of non-residential premises (161.7 m²) in the city of Kropyvnytskyi.  The rental cost is UAH 62,100  per month.

Also, 29 auctions were held for the extension of existing lease agreements for the amount of UAH 685,576.

We continue to work on the conclusion of contracts and wait for payment for the lease of real estate, which will go to the state budget, and therefore - to support the Security and Defense Forces.

This week we plan to hold 24 auctions for the conclusion of a state property lease agreement and 19 auctions for the extension of state property lease agreements.

The team of the State Property Fund is working to make more and more successful auctions. After all, all these funds strengthen the economy and defence capability of our country.
