State Property Fund Launches a New Format for Dialogue with Investors
The State Property Fund of Ukraine (SPFU) is introducing a new format of communication with investors by launching the SPFU Privatization Communication Platform.
This initiative is designed to establish continuous and transparent dialogue with potential investors and privatization participants. From now on, communication regarding state assets will take place not only after auctions are announced, but also before them—during the preparation of assets for privatization.
Key developments:
Regular meetings: Each month, the Fund will organize open working meetings to present state assets being prepared for privatization. These meetings will allow potential investors to receive up-to-date information and ask questions directly.
Individual consultations: Potential investors and prospective buyers may request individual consultations regarding specific assets. SPFU specialists will provide the necessary information, explain the privatization process, assist with access to the Virtual Data Room (VDR), and answer other questions related to participation in privatization auctions.
The SPFU is committed to ensuring equal access to information for all potential investors by providing timely responses to inquiries and the information needed to make well-informed investment decisions.
The Fund views privatization not merely as an auction process, but as a framework built on dialogue, trust, and partnership, with the goal of increasing the number of successful privatization auctions.
Information on the dates and times of these meetings will be published on the Fund's official website and Facebook page.
To request an individual consultation or participate in the regular meetings, the SPFU recommends reviewing the Procedure for Organizing Communication with Potential Investors and Buyers Regarding Information on the Privatization (Sale) of State-Owned Assets, available at:
