On May 18, an online auction will be held to extend the lease agreement for part of the non-residential premises of the interregional sports training center with a total area of 224.5 sq.m.

The asset is located at the address: 6 Berezhanska St., Ternopil city.

The object of the lease includes:

• a hall (143.7 sq.m);

• a workshop (51.8 m²);

• a shower room (20.9 m²);

• a pantry (8.1 m²).

The starting price of the monthly lease is UAH 16,938.20 .

Accepting of applications for participation in the auction lasts until May 17.

The rent contract is concluded for 5 years.
