Re-auction for the lease of a group of inventory items of the loading and unloading area

On May 20, 2021 at 12:15 an online re-auction will be held with a reduction of the starting price by 50% for the lease of a group of inventory objects of the loading and unloading area, located at: 2, Shevchenka St., Popeliuhy village, Vinnytsia region, and is on the balance of SE «Kryzhopil Correctional Center №113».

Submission of applications for participation in the auction lasts until 20:00 on May 19, 2021.

The asset needs current repairs, there is a power supply with a capacity of 92 kW. The property can be used for any purpose.

The object’s starting price is UAH 65,604.9, and lease term is 2 years, 11 months.

The lease object with an area of 197.6 sq. m. consists of several buildings and constructions, including:

• weight building;

• office premises;

• railway access track;

• searchlight masts;

• fire tank;

• lifting platform;

• open high platform;

• increased track for unloading bulk materials;

• cesspool.
