Kharkiv: a part of workshop building of 434 sq. m. is available for lease

On May 21, 2021, an online auction will be held for the lease of a part of workshops with an area of 434 sq. m. The asset is on a balance sheet of SOE “Kharkiv Factory Concrete Goods”, Ministry of Defense of Ukraine.

Starting monthly rent is UAH 346.74.

Applications for participation in an auction are accepted until May 20.

The lease term is 5 years.

Under the terms of the lease, the future lessee has the right to use the asset for any purpose, as well as to sublease it.

In order to take part in the auction for the right to rent this asset, you must submit an application for participation in the auction, pay the guarantee and registration fees and make your price offer at the auction.
