Starting monthly rent is UAH 458.79.

Applications for participation in the auction are accepted until May 23.

The term for which the contract is concluded is 5 years.

• night club, restaurant with night mode (after 22 hours), sauna, bath, venues for concerts and other entertainment activities, hotel, hostel, camp site, motel, summer house, computer club and Internet cafe;

• holding exhibitions;

• bureau of ritual services, public toilets, collection point and sorting of secondary raw materials
