Lutsk: property of the Expert Technical center of the State Labor Service at the privatization auction
On June 3, an e-auction will be held for the privatization of thestate-owned enterprise «Volyn Expert and Technical Center of the State Labor Service», located in Lutsk.
According to the charter, the main activity of the enterprise is technical tests and researches. Among other activities - engineering, geology and geodesy, vocational education and others.
The single property complex includes two real estate objects, a land plot and five cars.
The premises of 562 sq. m and 132.9 sq. m. are located at 22 в, Kravchuk street. The size of the land plot at the same address is 1191 sq. m.
Vehicles: Toyota Camry 2017, Skoda Octavia 2005, Renault Logan 2010, Dacia Logan 90K 2008, GAZ 2217 2004.
The starting price for the singleproperty complex of SOE «Volyn Expert and Technical Center of the State Labor Service» is UAH 2 340 604 and applications for participation in the e-auction are accepted until June 2, 2021.
As a reminder, a total of 23 Expert and Technical Centers of the State Labor Service of Ukraine, which providing services for labor protection and hygiene, industrial safety, etc will be put up for transparent privatization.
The privatization of these assets is due to the fact that they are non-core to the state, their activities can be operated by private enterprises. Investors are offered an already operating business with a customer base and experience in the market.
