“We have returned more than 2,500 ha of land to the State. This is land that was previously illegally confiscated from state-owned enterprises. For many years, various businessmen have become accustomed to profiting from state property - but this will not happen, we are struggling with this and are already working to return another 15,000 ha,” Dmytro Sennychenko said.

He also said that about 700 enterprises under the State Property Fund management, most of these enterprises have been transferred over the past two years.

According to Dmytro Sennychenko, the team of the State Property Fund has gathered a complete knowledge base about these state-owned enterprises, established an effective monitoring system and started the reform of corporate governance. Thanks to this, it was possible to ensure the efficient operation of state-owned enterprises, their transparency and accountability, as well as significantly improve their financial condition.

“Thanks to the reform in the field of corporate governance, the enterprises, compared to 2020, paid three times more dividends in favor of the State - UAH 800 million, and also increased the payment of taxes by UAH 800 million - to UAH 8.4 billion,” said Dmytro Sennychenko the Chairman of the State Property Fund.
