For the first time in Ukraine, a business relocation to state leased property took place in the Lviv region

Lviv oblast has become one of the leaders among the regions supporting relocated businesses. A significant role in this process is played by the active cooperation of the Lviv Oblast Military Administration and the State Property Fund’s regional office.

It was the Lviv region where for the first time in Ukraine, a business relocation to state leased property took place. On July 18, 2022, the relevant auction for the lease of the object, which is on the balance of the Basin Water Resources Management Authority of the Western Bug and San Rivers, took place. During the auction, where two Ukrainian companies participated, the starting price of the monthly rental rate doubled to UAH 150,001. As a result of the auction, a lease agreement was successfully concluded with the winner of the auction.

The winning company of the auction for the state property lease specializes in the production of municipal, construction, road equipment and spare parts for it, and also has 15 years of experience in the domestic and international markets. Thanks to the successful relocation, the company will continue to produce products at the new site.

"From now on, the company, which provides jobs for more than 400 highly qualified specialists, will be able to work again in favor of the state and the economy. New jobs, additional taxes to the local budget and effective use of state property are the obvious gains for the local community. That is why the State Property Fund will continue to work actively on the implementation of the government's relocation program," – Olha Batova, Acting Head of the State Property Fund, stated.
