Regional Office of the State Property Fund of Ukraine has announced competitions for appraiser selection
The Regional Office of the State Property Fund of Ukraine in Kharkiv region has announced a competition for selection of appraisers. It’s necessary to evaluate:
The objects of leasing:
1. a part of roof of a nine-storey dormitory building of 9.3 sq. m. at: 2 Dmytra Klaptsova str., Kharkiv city;
2. premises on the 2nd floor of 4-storey building of 352.60 sq. m. at 36, Samsonivska str., Kharkiv city;
3. premises – 3 per 1.00 sq. m. and 64.0 sq. m. at: 17 Chkalova str., Kharkiv city;
4. a separate situated two-storey building with the basement floor of 605.8 sq.m. at: 3 Cheliuskintsiv str., Kharkiv city.
5. a reinforced concrete site of 200.0 sq. m. at: 77 Pushkinska str., Kharkiv city.
For the purpose of determining the amount of damages impaired to the state property objects which were transferred for keeping:transformer substations; a crane of 3.2 t; three asphalt sites with an area of 4,910.0 sq. m.; a fire reservoir, etc. at: 8 Pishchanyilane, Bezliudivka small town.
The competition will be held on June 13, 2019. The deadline for accepting applications is June 7, 2019.
