Regional Office of the State Property Fund of Ukraine in Lviv region prepares for privatization 21 object

The Regional Office of the State Property Fund of Ukraine in Lviv region made a decision about privatization of 21 object of small privatization:

-  undeveloped central plant laboratory, 2Б, Technologichna str., Novyi Rozdil town

-  undeveloped treatment facilities, 27-E, Girnycha str., Novyi Rozdil town;

-  an undeveloped workshop of production of liquid ammonium, 2, Girnycha, str., Novyi Rozdil town;

-  an undeveloped hostel dormitory on 110 sits with the cafeteria on 75 sits, 31, Martovycha str., Mageriv small town, Zhovkiv district;

-  an undeveloped hospital, 1a, Molodizhna str., Mageriv small town, Zhovkiv district;

-  an undeveloped recreation center on 20 sits, 1, Zrichna str., Skhidnytsia small town, Drohobych district;

-  a recreation center “Hrebeniv”, Hrebeniv village, Sokoliv district;

-  a cafeteria premise of 148,7sq. m, 7, Yasenivetska str., Zagirne village, Stryi district;

-  garage building of 54.2 sq. m, 3, Kotliarevskogo str., Yaviriv city;

-  a storage for equipment/machinery of 806.6 sq. m, 69, Dnistrova str., StaryiSambir city;

-   3 garages of 20.2; 25.7; 26.8 sq. m, 13, Mazepy str.,  Sambir city;

-   a supporting premise of 23.1 sq. m, 13, Mazepy str.,  Sambir city;

-   a premise of 89.4 sq. m, 25-26, Haidamakiv maydan, Horodok town;

-   a non-residential building of 1,080.4 sq. m, 3б, Shevchenka ave., Chervonohrad city;

-   a garage of 42.7 sq. m, gar. 1, 5a, Soniachna str., Sokal town;

-   a shed 21.5 sq. m, 28, Halitska str., Peremyshliany town;   

-   a premise of 1st floor of 11.4 sq. m and a premise of 2nd floor with an area of 13.4 sq. m, 28, Halytska str., Peremyshliany city;

-   Integral Property Complex – SE “Research plant “Hvylia”.
