August Overview: Results of Online State Property Lease Auctions

During the month, the team of the State Property Fund of Ukraine conducted 86 online auctions for state property lease agreements, 58 of which were successfully completed. These results generated a total lease value of UAH 626,164.

  • Average price growth: Rental prices increased by an average of 2.9 times over their starting prices.

  • Bidder engagement: A total of 84 participants took part, demonstrating consistent business interest in state assets.

The month's highest-value lot was a rental property located in Odesa, reaching a final monthly lease rate of UAH 77,778.

Additionally, 65 auctions were conducted during August to extend existing lease contracts, bringing in a total of UAH 684,453.

The team is currently working on finalizing contract signings and expects the upcoming rental payments to enter the state budget. These funds will directly support Ukraine's economy and help finance the Security and Defense Forces.

The State Property Fund of Ukraine continues to manage state assets efficiently and attract new tenants. Every successful auction provides extra revenue for the budget and contributes to the nation's economic resilience.
