Kirovograd regional office invites appraisers

Kirovograd regional office has announced a competition for the selection of valuation object, which will be involved in an independent valuation of the property, namely:

Lease object:

1. Non-residential premises with a total area of 19.70 sq. m, located on the ground floor of the building at: Kropyvnytskyi city, street, 4, 50 rokiv Zhovtnya street.

2. A buffet of the Faculty of Physical Education with an area of 74.00 sq.m, located on the first floor of a two-stored building of educational building No. 2 at the following address: Kropyvnytskyi city, 3V. Permska street.

3. Non-residential premises with an area of 64.40 sq. m, located on the first floor of a two-storied building at the address: Bobrynets city, 4 V. Poryka street.

Purpose of the assessment: extension of the lease agreement.

The competition documentation must be submitted by 18.12.2017 (inclusive) to Kirovograd regional office of the State Property Fund of Ukraine (Kropyvnytskyi city, 2 Glinka street, room № 801), tel. for information (0522) 33-32-38, 33-24-00.
