Regional Office of the State Property Fund of Ukraine in Ternopil region has announced a competition for appraisers

The Regional Office of the State Property Fund of Ukraine in Ternopil region has announced a competition for appraisers, which will be held on March 14, 2019. It’s necessary to evaluate the following objects:

-  a part of roof of an administrative house with an area of 87.25 sq. m., at: 112, D. Halytskoho str., Pidvolochysk small town;

-  a part of roof of a non-residential building with an area of 30.0 sq. m., a part of a facade of a non-residential building with an area of 18.0 sq. m. and a plots with an area of 14.5 sq. m. (with a summary area of 62.5 sq. m.), at: 1A, Horbachevskoho str., Chortkiv town;

-  a part of non-residential premises of the basement floor of a dormitory with a total area of 455.6 sq. m. (positions: a vestibule – 2.7 sq. m.; an entrance hall – 44.2 sq. m.; a dressing room – 15.3 sq. m., a wash sink – 10.4 sq. m.; a toilet – 2.7 sq. m., a toilet – 2.5 sq. m.; an area (space) – 179.5 sq. m.; a cabinet – 32.6 sq. m.; a kitchen – 132.5 sq. m.; a wash-stand – 15.8 sq. m.; a wash-stand – 17.4 sq. m.) at: 7, Lvivska str., Ternopil city;

-  a part of non-residential premises (kitchen) with an area of 4.0 sq. m. on the first floor of student dormitory at: 3, Lvivska str., Ternopil city;

-  a shop premises with an area of 156.2 sq. m., at: 85, Hrushevskoho str., Skala-Podilska small town, Borshivskyi district.
