In Cherkasy city and Smila town the work is offered to appraisers

RO in Cherkasy Oblast has announced a competition for the selection of estimating entities that will be involved in the independent evaluation:

- parts of non-residential premises on the first floor of the dormitory No. 4 with an area of ​​18.1 m², at: Cherkasy city, blvd. Shevchenka, 333;

- parts of the premises on the second floor of the administrative building of the Business Innovation Center with a total area of ​​12.2 m², at: Cherkasy city, blvd. Shevchenka, 205;

         - parts of the premises of the third floor of the administrative building of the Business Innovation Center with a total area of ​​22.5 m², at: Cherkasy city, blvd. Shevchenka, 205;

- parts of the canteen with an area of ​​177.3 m², at: Smila town, str. Rodyny Bobrynskyh Families, 123.

The purpose of property valuation is to determine the market value for calculating the lease payment for the purpose of conclusion of the lease agreement.

- the premises of the fourth floor of a four-storey administrative building with an area of ​​19.6 m², at: Cherkasy city, blvd. Shevchenka, 205.

The purpose of the valuation is to determine the market value for the lease payment calculation in order to extend the lease agreement.

The last day for submission of applications is August 29, 2019 before 16:00.
