Regional Office of the State Property Fund of Ukraine in Cherkasy oblast has announced competitions for appraiser selection

The Regional Office of the State Property Fund of Ukraine in Cherkasy oblast has announced competitions for appraisers, which will be involved in providing the independent evaluation of the next objects:

- pre-school premises of  442.4 sq.m, located at: 13, Instytutska st., Uman town;

- parts of premises on the  first floor in hall of the educational building of  6,70 sq.m, located at:  1, Instytutska, st., Uman town;

- premises on the first floor of the dormitory of 16.0 sq.m, located at: 2, Internatsionalna st., Uman town;

- premises on the first floor of the administration building of 17.2 sq.m, 157, V.Chornovola st., Cherkasy city;

            - vault premises and basement floor premises of 508.3 sq.m, located at: 333, Shevchenka Blvd, Cherkasy city;

            - parts of dining room premises on the first floor of  two-story building of 52.7 sq.m, located at: 13, Sumhaitska st., Cherkasy city.

            The evaluation is carried out for rental charge calculation in order to extend the state property lease agreement.
