Contests for appraisers are announced in Dnipropetrovska, Zaporizhzhia and Kirovohradska oblasts
The SPFU’s Regional office in Dnipropetrovska, Zaporizhzhia and Kirovohradska oblasts announced a selection contest for appraisers which will be involved to conduct independent evaluation of state-owned facilities:
For privatization by auctions:
- Unfinished “Recreation complex” at the address: 3, Akademika Starodubova sq., Dnipro city;
- Complex of non-residential buildings at the address: 2, Haharina str., Zhovti Vody town, Dnipropetrovska oblast;
- House of canteen No.16 for 100 places with a total area of 1,046.7 sq. m.; shed of canteen of 25.6 sq. m. at the address: 2б, Pereiaslavska str., Kryvyi Rih town, Dnipropetrovska oblast.
For determinate rent value
In Dnipropetrovska oblast:
1) Premise of 59.0 sq. m. at the address: 8, Kryvorizhstali str., Kryvyi Rih town.
2) Premise of 25.0 sq. m. at the address: 18, Shmidta str., Dnipro city.
In Zaporizhzhia oblast:
