In Dnipropetrovsk, Zaporizhzhia and Kirovohrad regions is proposed a work to appraisers

The Regional Office of the State Property Fund of Ukraine in Dnipropetrovsk, Zaporizhzhia and Kirovohrad regions announced a competition for the selection of valuation entities that will be involved in carrying out independent property valuation.

1. To determine the market value for the privatization of the recreation center "Sosnovyi Bor", at: 8 Lisnyi lane, Novomoskovskyi district, Orlivshchyna village.

2. In order to calculate the amount of rent to determine the market value of the objects located at:

in Dnipropetrovsk region - 13 objects in Kamianske, Dnipro, Vilnohirsk, Kryvyi Rih and Pokrov cities;

in the Zaporozhzhia region: 10 objects in Zaporozhzhia and Melitopol cities;

in Kirovohrad region - 4 objects in Svitlovodsk, Dolynska cities and the region.

The deadline for submission of documents is September 27, 2019 (inclusive).

The competition will be held at the Regional Office on October 3, 2019 at 11-00.
