A cafeteria’s premise is offered a lease in Rivne city

The Regional Office (RO) of the State Property Fund of Ukraine in Rivne oblast explores the demand for the object of leasing. It is a part of 1st floor of an administrative-household building of 234.3 sq. m at 94, Kyivska str., Rivne city.

The object is proposed for placing of a cafeteria, which does not sell the excisable products.

There was one application for the intention to lease has already been received.

After investigation of the demand, in case of receiving two or more applications, RO will announce a competition on a lease right of the state property.
