“UMCC” claims attempts by former managers to destabilize the company through the spread of fake news

The accusations from the side of UMCC's former management about termination of the contract with the American Company Chemours (part of the Dupont Holding) are absurd and do not contain any true facts. The State Company continues to cooperate with the international counterparty at a price higher by 24.65% and operates exclusively within the contract.

“Chemours is a proven global player and world leader in titanium technology. Under any circumstances, the “UMCC” will fulfill its obligations to reliable international counterparties,” said Peter Davis, Acting Head of the Management Board of JSC “UMCC”.

The UMCC's former management, as usual, plays a dishonest game, trying to remind itself and regain managerial authority.

If earlier the “UMCC”  former management spread distorted information, now they have started spreading outright fakes.

To recall the former management had previously announced the conclusion of a new contract between “UMCC” and Chemours at a reduced price. Instead, as of today, the State Ukrainian Company cooperates with an International Holding at a price 24.65% higher than in the previous period.
