The largest privatization in Odesa region: UAH 234.9 million was transferred to the budget according to the results of the auction of the Integral Property Complex “Odesavynprom”

Privatization of the IntegralProperty Complex “Odesavynprom” is officially completed - the state budget received UAH 234.9 million according to the results of an online auction.

According to Dmytro Sennychenko, Chairman of the State Property Fund of Ukraine “Odesavynprom” price growth of three times the starting price is already a common result of competition at small-scale privatization auctions, which are held online and begin with a low carrying amount of objects.

“The state budget has already received UAH 234.9 million in direct revenues from the “Odesavynprom” auction, and what is the most importantly that it is an investment in a new life for an asset that will preserve production and historical value,” - Dmytro Sennychenko said.

Dmytro Sennychenko, Chairman of the State Property Fund, also informed that due to privatization conditions, the new owner is obliged to ensure the preservation of specialized activities - the production of grape wines. The new owner will also fulfill social guarantees for 3 years and assumes the responsibility to conclude a security contract for the preservation of the architectural monument.

Earlier, on November 19, 2021, an act of acceptance and transfer was signed and an order was issued to complete the privatization of the above-mentioned object.

The auction for the privatization of the Integral Property Complex “Odesavynprom” took place on September 14, 2021. At the open bidding, 12 participants competed, which increased the price by three times - from 65 to 234.9 million UAH.

Integral Property Complex “Odesavynprom” is located at 8, 10, 12, Frantsuzkyi Boulevard, 2, Nalyvna Street and 151, Otamana Holovatoho Street. The object includes 97 real estate objects (28 buildings and structures and 69 amphorae for wine processing and storage), 143 units of machinery and equipment, 6 units of vehicles, as well as tools and devices.
